My work is based on the blue-prints/books/bore data I purchased from the authors: Wilbert Garvin, A.A. Ginsberg, and D.M. Quinn.

I make my own reamers; I don't have fancy gun drills, so the reaming process is very slow. I make my own support tools. Keys are forged the old fashioned way: a torch, a hammer, an anvil, a file and time.

I entered the piping world in 1993 with the Highland Bagpipes. In 2002, I entered the world of Uilleann Pipes.
